If you win, total return is ৳450 (৳250 profit + ৳200 original stake); if you lose, ৳200 is gone.

The Bet Slip — Single and Multi Bets
Clicking on any selection in a market automatically adds it to your bet slip. One selection makes it a single bet. Adding multiple selections creates a multi bet (accumulator) — all selections must win for you to receive the full return; if even one loses, the entire stake is lost.
Once you enter the stake amount in the slip, the expected return is calculated automatically. When everything looks right, press the "Confirm Bet" button.
