1 Definitions and Applicability
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the takbet platform and all its associated services. The meaning of certain specific terms used in this document is as follows:
- "Platform" — The takbet website, mobile app, and related services.
- "User" or "Member" — Any person who holds a registered account on takbet.
- "Service" — Online betting, casino games, live dealer games, virtual games, and other related activities.
- "Wallet" — The balance held in a user's takbet account.
By using the takbet platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you disagree with any term, please refrain from using the platform.
2 Account Registration
Each user must create a personal account to use the services on takbet. The following rules apply to registration:
2.1 Single Account Policy
Each person may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same name, address, mobile number, bank account, or payment method is strictly prohibited. If the platform detects multiple accounts, it reserves the right to suspend or permanently close all associated accounts.
2.2 Accuracy of Information
All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment details — must be truthful and accurate. Providing false or incorrect information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of deposited funds.
2.3 Updating Information
If any personal information changes, the user must notify the takbet support team immediately via live chat or email. The platform is not responsible for any complications arising from failure to update information.
3 Age Verification
All services on takbet are available only to persons aged 21 or above. At registration, the user declares that they meet the applicable age requirement. takbet may request age verification at any time via national ID card or passport.
If a user fails to respond to an age verification request or is found to be underage, the account will be closed immediately and no balance will be refunded.
4 Account Security
It is the user's own responsibility to keep their login credentials confidential. Allowing any third party to use your account or sharing your password is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the support team immediately.
- Passwords must be at least 8 characters long and should ideally contain a combination of numbers and letters.
- Always log out after using a public or shared device.
- takbet is not responsible for any loss arising from unauthorised use of an account.
5 Financial Transactions
5.1 Deposits
The minimum deposit amount on takbet is ৳500. Accepted payment methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Once a payment is completed, funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
5.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to registered payment methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
5.3 Transaction Verification
takbet may hold any withdrawal request for additional verification to prevent unusual transactions. In such cases, the user may be asked to submit an identity document or proof of payment.
5.4 Currency
All transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). There is currently no facility for transactions in foreign currency.
6 Bonuses and Promotions
All bonus offers provided by takbet have their own terms and conditions. Please read the relevant terms carefully before claiming a bonus.
6.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before withdrawal. For example: ৳1,000 deposit gives a bonus of ৳1,500 → total balance ৳2,500 → wagering requirement ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000.
6.2 General Bonus Rules
- To withdraw winnings earned with a bonus, the specified wagering requirement must be completed.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be combined on the same deposit.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
- takbet reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
- If fraud or bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings on the relevant account will be forfeited.
7 Betting Rules
Once a bet is finalised, it cannot be changed or cancelled. takbet reserves the right to void or review a bet in the following circumstances:
- If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error.
- If an event is cancelled or postponed.
- If there is a clear or unusual pricing error.
In the event of a bet being voided, the stake will be returned to the user's wallet. If the winnings from a single bet exceed the set maximum limit, the excess will not be paid out.
8 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the takbet platform:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Opening an account using another person's identity.
- Placing artificial bets or betting in unusual patterns to exploit bonus offers.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to operate games or betting.
- Exploiting any vulnerability in a game or software.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions.
- Harassing or defrauding other members.
If any of the above violations are proven, the account will be permanently closed and all balances forfeited. Where applicable, law enforcement authorities may also be notified.
9 Personal Information and Privacy

User data is not sold to any third party. However, information may be shared with relevant authorities if required by legal obligation or for fraud investigation.
10 Responsible Gaming
takbet encourages all members to play within their limits. Online betting is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. If you feel that your gaming habits are going beyond your control, please contact the support team. If any account is suspected of belonging to someone under 21, immediate action will be taken.
11 Service Disruption
takbet strives to provide uninterrupted service. However, the service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. No compensation will be provided for such disruptions.
If a game is disconnected mid-session, takbet will assess the situation according to server logs and attempt to reach a fair resolution.
12 Intellectual Property and Content
All content on the takbet platform — logos, graphics, text, software, and design — is protected under intellectual property law. Copying, distributing, or commercially using any element without written permission is prohibited.
If a user uploads any content, they automatically grant takbet the right to use it.
13 Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances is takbet liable for the following:
- Financial losses arising from a user's betting.
- Bets lost due to internet disconnection.
- Delays or failures in third-party payment systems.
- Account losses resulting from a user's own negligence or security vulnerabilities.
In the event of a dispute, takbet's decision will be considered final. However, if no resolution is reached, the option of settling the matter through arbitration remains available.
14 Account Closure
14.1 Voluntary Closure
A user may request closure of their account at any time by contacting the support team. Before closure, all pending wagering requirements must be completed and any remaining balance must be withdrawn.
14.2 Closure by the Platform
If evidence of a terms violation is found, takbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice. In cases of violation, the account balance may be fully or partially forfeited.
15 Changes to Terms
takbet reserves the right to change, add to, or amend these terms and conditions at any time. The date on which changes take effect will be noted at the top of the page. Continued use of the platform after any change will be taken as the user's acceptance of the new terms.
For significant changes, an effort will be made to notify users via their registered mobile number or an in-platform message.
